NAIROBI, Kenya — Rescuers were searching for seven people feared trapped after a multi-storey building under construction collapsed in Kenya’s capital on Friday, the interior minister said. Videos shared online showed a dramatic crash and huge clouds of dust as the 16-storey building came down in the densely populated business and residential area of Eastleigh.
