St. Patrick s Day Festivities Announced for Sir Winston Churchill Pub Complexe

Sir Winston Churchill Pub Complexe on the famous and vibrant Crescent Street in Montreal, announces it's festivities for Montreal's 196th Saint Patrick's Day Parade.

Montreal s 196th St. Patrick s Day parade will take place on Ste- Catherine St. in downtown Montr al. It will leave from the corner of du Fort St. at noon and head east as far as Metcalfe street. To celebrate North America s longest running St. Paddy s Day parade, Sir Winston Churchill Pub has announced their line-up of festivities in honor of Saint Patrick.

The complexe opens up early for an all-you-can-eat brunch starting at 9:30 AM and yes, Irish Stew will be on the menu. Breakfast Television will be joining us for brunch and will also accompany us on our St. Patrick Day Parade float. After the parade which starts at noon, the popular group, The Jones will be providing live entertainment starting at 3:00 PM. In addition to the live music, DJ Shamrock will be pumping out the Irish tunes starting at 2:00 PM. Karina s Club Lounge will also open it s doors later in the afternoon.

General manager Jan Wilson comments, Saint Patrick s Day is the official launch of spring in Montreal. We plan to open up our famous terrace so you can enjoy the music, food and watch the action on Crescent from the best view on the street. It is always a great day and we invite everyone to join us Sunday, March 17th. Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick s Day.
